From a journey to your kitchen.

Tyga began with a trip to India in 2008 — and a wish to bring those flavours home. When Matt and Steph returned, recreating the dishes they had loved was harder than expected. Some ingredients were unfamiliar or difficult to find; others came in far larger quantities than a single recipe needed. A conversation with Shahin, the chef at their favourite local Indian restaurant, sparked an idea: recipe-specific ingredients in the right amounts, with clear instructions to bring everything together.
