Lola Make Up by Perse Eye Pencil

This medium-soft pencil glides on smoothly for easy application thanks to Carnauba and Candelilla waxes. High colour pigments and Beeswax provide good coverage and an optimum, easily blendable texture.

Ophthalmologist tested, LOLA Eye Pencils can be used inside or outside the eye and come with a handy smudger tool.

To use: Support the outer corner of your eye. This will help with the application. Then apply the pencil along the top of your upper lashes. For added definition, use the flat edge of the pencil to gently apply a line along the lower lashes.
